HUECK Volato M+ – Performance features

HUECK Volato M+ is a highly thermally insulated aluminium lifting-sliding-system with a profile depth of 148 mm (Fixed frame) and 65 mm (Sash).
Factory-made shear-proof composite, suitable for subsequent powder-coating and anodization. Sash profiles optionally available with flexible shear deltatherm composite to reduce the bi-metal effect, resulting in a lower lever of sash deflection in case of temperature differences. The deep insulating zone in the lower and upper fixed frame provides optimal isothermal circulation.

Narrow elevation widths of fixed and sash frame combinations starting at 120,5 mm.

Practice-oriented selection of opening types (Scheme A, D, G, C, K and F), including „Monorail“ and „Narrow labyrinth“.

Concealed rebate gaskets with prefabricated corner gaskets and continuous glazing gaskets, made from EPDM. All gaskets coated with sliding polymer, suitable for self-cleaning glazing.

Concealed drainage via fixed frame profiles.

Simple processing of the fixed frames because of linear joints and screwed profile joints with EPDM shaped-pieces. Corner brackets for the sash are either nailable or crimpable.

Glass thicknesses up to 48 mm.

Maximum sash weights are categorized in 250 kg, 330 kg and 440 kg (Tandem-Roller), in conjunction with permissible sash sizes with a maximum width of 3235 mm and a maximum height of 3000 mm (Application diagrams must be observed).
